SOBRE MÍ
Soy Enfermera-Matrona, con experiencia en salud pública y salud mental, narradora, aficionada a la escritura creativa, siempre sorprendida con el poder de la palabra y la creatividad humana.
Soy psicodramatista, docente universitaria, coach ontológico, con especialidad en hipnosis clínica y arteterapia.
Es esta mirada diversa, la que pretendo aprovechar en temas de autocuidado y psicoeducación, entendiendo que esta última; es mucho más que recibir información y tiene que ver con una actitud de vida, un aprendizaje profundo, con base en la reflexión y la interacción social.

I am a Nurse-Midwife, with experience in public health and mental health, storyteller, fond of creative writing, always surprised by the power of the word and human creativity. I am a psychodramatist, ontological coach, specializing in clinical hypnosis and art therapy. It is this diverse look, which I intend to take advantage of in matters of self-care and psychoeducation, understanding that the latter; it is much more than receiving information and has to do with an attitude of life, deep learning, based on reflection and social interaction.
